This flamenco singing and dance accompaniment tutorial collects all the basic singing melody lines and dance structures for Soleas, Bulerías and Siguiriyas., written in sheet music, in 2 parts: singing and flamenco guitar.
The singing is based on a melodic sample of a traditional song with its characteristic accents while the guitar performs an accompaniment example of over 70 falsetas for different levels, techniques and both hands. This work aims at guitarists, singers and dancers. It also supports composers and interpreters of other music styles to obtain a more comprehensive flamenco knowledge. Music schools and conservatories teaching flamenco will find it helpful to include this tutorial in their library and course bibliographies.
The CD included contains all singing letras, performed by cantaor Jorge Mesa "Pirata", inlcuding 3 tracks for each song, one for singing and guitar, one for guitar only and one for singing only + all guitar falsetas.
